Si è conclusa la mostra-concorso “Vette d’arte” a Sestriere e l’opera “Sindone – Amore Universale e Luce Mistica” ha ricevuto il 3* premio per la tecnica varia.
Il tema trattato attualissimo, oggi più che mai: l’amore, la pace, senso di comunità e condivisione.
L’artista è Bruno Cantino da Reino, torinese di nascita e di carattere: garbato, essenziale, a volte misterioso…
Geometra per formazione scolastica, si dedica alla pittura molto presto e le sue prime esposizioni portano data 1975 in quello che lui definisce il suo periodo impressionista.
Non smette mai di studiare:
- nel 1978 consegue il diploma di Arredatore d’ambiente; le opere di questo periodo sono sculture piane di stagno e rame su tavola e pastelli ad olio.
- dal 1990 al 1992 frequenta una scuola di disegno di nudo. Nello stesso periodo effettua ricerche sui colori e materiali eseguendo opere in tecniche miste.
- nel 2005 approfondisce le tecniche calcografiche nel laboratorio di incisione di Chieri.
- dal 2007 intensifica la conoscenza dell’acquerello nel laboratorio di Pecetto torinese.
Dal 2005 è socio attivissimo dell’Unione Artisti Chieresi.
Ad oggi le sue esposizioni sono state circa 90 fra collettive e personali nei diversi livelli.
